PRICES
The prices and quotes on our website are in Euros (€) and include all taxes. They are only applicable to persons residing, or on holiday, in France.
The price includes the purchase of ingredients, all culinary preparations, table service and, of course, the cleaning of your kitchen.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment terms are as follows: Rates confirmed on the quotation are fixed for two months from the date of the quotation. After this period, they can be adjusted depending on the current economic situation at that time.
The exact number of guests must be confirmed to us at least two days before the event. This number is used as the basis for invoicing. A deposit of 50% of the expected amount of the invoice will be requested upon confirmation of the reservation.
The deposit must be made at least 48 hours before the date of dinner. Failure to pay the deposit within this period will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.
Payment of the remaining balance of the invoice will be made in cash on the day of the dinner. (no cheques)
TAKING ORDERS
For a perfect service it is necessary to book at least 72 hours in advance. We always advise that you reserve as far in advance as possible to ensure the best service . Whichever option you choose, the menu is the same for all your guests. Dietary requirements are negotiable on request when you book.
The minimum cost is € 300 including VAT. An order below this amount will not be possible.
To guarantee the quality and freshness of the products on offer, the chef is always dependent on the market availability and may have to adjust his menu to ensure the best quality ingredients.
CANCELLATION
A fee will be charged in the case of the cancellation of the dinner.
The amount of the deposit will be refunded no later than four weeks after the date of cancellation.
In the case of cancellation between four weeks and one week before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
A week or less before the date of dinner: the amount of the deposit is due.
Less than 24 hours: The full quotation amount is to be paid.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
More than 40 kilometres: the number of kilometres for the return journey are calculated based on 0.57 € per kilometre, including VAT.
The kilometre costs are calculated including VAT (20% VAT)
The number of kilometres to be covered is calculated on the Via Google Maps website.
CLAIMS
Complaints or disputes regarding invoicing can no longer be considered after 8 days from the invoice date. La Toque D’Or is responsible for the services included on the invoice.
DISPUTES
In the absence of an amicable settlement, all disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. Any order from La Toque D’Or presupposes full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
